| 1- To allow time to clean the cabins and rooms, please take note of the following times: IN: 15:00 OUT: 11:00 If a cabin or room is not vacated by 11a.m, an additional half or full day charge can be applied by Green Baker Lodge. 2- Animals are not permitted in the cabins or rooms except via previous authorization by the Lodge Administration 3- Please do not cook or eat in rooms C1 to C4 of the Mini Hotel. The ‘quincho’ (barbecue ranch) can be used for better comfort if not in use. 4- Internet and telephone access in Reception is from 09:00 to 20:00 Boats: -For your safety, boats are not hired without guides. -Please make sure children do not play with the boats and/or the motors tied at the shore. -On boarding, please put on the lifejacket offered by the guide. - Alcohol should not be consumed before boarding. Green Baker Lodge reserves the right to not allow a client to board a boat if: -alcohol has been consumed or if there are signs of drunkenness -the maximum capacity of the boat has been reached 6- Quincho (bbq ranch) for barbecues To avoid wildfires, please do not make fires, barbecues or open grills on the cabin terrace or within the immediate cabin surroundings. A ‘quincho’ (bbq ranch) is on the site for use at no cost when not being used. Please make a reservation 24 hours in advance. 7- Hot water tub This is available to you at no charge when not being used. Please make a reservation 24 hours in advance in order to change the water and prepare the log-fire with enough time beforehand. If you wish, we can offer a very nice dressing gown embroidered with our logo in order to leave the tub without catching a cold. Please return to reception after use 8- If you wish you wash your vehicle, please do so in the area indicated next to the storage building. Please do not use towels from the cabins or the MiniHotel rooms. 9- If you need to check out very early, please make payment the day before to avoid delays. 10- The cabins, rooms and restaurant are non smoking areas. If you smoke outside, please put cigarette stubs into the waste bins. 11- -Reservations To avoid misunderstandings and false bookings, a reservation will only be effective when: a). it is requested and accepted through our web page or directly via claude.hierard@greenseed.cl b). the client has made a deposit at least 48 hours in advance of at least 25% of the total amount, to our bank account: Banco del Estado (Coyhaique Branch) Account: Green Baker Lodge Ltda nº 843-0-000283-7 c). Please present the deposit payment document when making final payment. Green Baker Lodge reserves the right to request this deposit or not 12-Complaints, suggestions and/or words of thanks These are always well received as these allow us to make improvements, to give better attention, modify our lodge for increased safety and to offer an optimum stay. We also greatly appreciate your opinion and words of gratitude; they are uplifting. Furthermore, our best publicity is you! There is a guestbook for this reason in the Lodge Reception. As you can see, we keep our cabins, rooms, restaurant, boats, furniture, artefacts and utensils in the best possible condition in order to make for a very pleasant, enjoyable stay. We kindly request that everything at your use is kept in the same condition, just as if you were at home. Please do not forget to return the keys! Thank you very much and have a very pleasant stay.
